NATHAN JAMES (UK)
I am a passionate dance educator and performer, born and raised in the West Midlands. My career has taken me across the globe, with experiences in the USA, Canada, the Caribbean, South America, and Europe. Trained primarily as a singer and dancer, I have had the privilege of performing in a variety of entertainment mediums.
However, my true passion lies in teaching. I have dedicated my career to educating the next generation of dancers, working with some of the most prestigious colleges in the UK in roles that encompass both teaching and leadership. I earned my MA in Professional Practice (Dance Teaching) in 2011, graduating with Distinction, where I focused on developing teacher training programs for dancers.
In 2018, I furthered my academic journey by obtaining a PhD in Dance from the University of Roehampton, where my research examined the evolution of choreography in MGM musicals.
